What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please message us so we can improve as we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
I ordered today when will I receive my order?
Please allow roughly up to 5 business days for processing, processing time may vary during higher volume times.
How will I know my packaged has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed. Your packaged will be shipped and you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number will be included.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
We will replace goods that are damaged during the shipping process. We require you to send a photo within 3 days of receiving shipment.
What is your address change policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer address changes after purchase, please ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to completing your purchase.
